Generous (possibly too generous) toppings. Nice rich broth. Seared pork almost caramelised on one side. Clean, warm, friendly, fun. A strange but not disjointed mix of genuine and fake bare bones decor. A nice experience, especially on a cold day, it was just what I needed! Have enjoyed better, but this is definitely worth eating.
Great tonkotsu ramen! Don't forget to order 替玉 (kaedama) for a refill with fresh noodles.
There is a pork bone ramen shop behind the park. Celebrity colored paper is stuck all over the wall and why is it suddenly in this place? There is no such feeling. However, it is not good. A rich and crude soup that doesn't get tired, and a fine slim noodle. It is a substitute desperate effect. It's a meal ticket method, so be careful.
What’s my wonderful first meal in Fukuoka! A Michelin star ramen in a street food price!
My Best Ramen in Fukuoka. Always come back when I visit Fukuoka. The Gyoza is also superb
Al dente Ramen with delicious soup and tasty meat at a reasonable price !
Delicious ramen.
if you like hakata ramen or real pork bone soup , This is the best .
Excellent tonkotsu. The flavor of the broth is exemplary, the noodles have good texture, and the chasiu is meltingly tender. Buy a ticket from the machine (it helpfully has pictures) and wait for a table. Lunchtime can be busy, but evenings they don't open till 20:00. One of the first and still one of the best Hakata (tonkotsu) ramen places in Fukuoka.
One of the best ramen I ever have in Fukuoka
Tasty, fast, helpful and cheap. Not the best ramen ever, but good and nice character to this local place.
I feel like I'm here every time I travel to Fukuoka.Tonkotsu ramen is the best in Fukuoka.I like the ramen shop here because the staff are nice to serve and the ramen and dumplings are delicious. Not all of them are delicious, but at this restaurant, tkg, noodles and dumplings are delicious, so I want to eat them every day!I will visit you again when I come to travel (^ ^)
very testy and very quick. The smell inside the restaurant was so bad. If you don't like smell of the pork bone soup, I don't recommend.
Extra fine noodles in pork bone ramen! The soup is rich and men should like it!Gyoza and beer do not betray w
The old-fashioned pork bone ramen with a straightforward pork bone ramen! !! People who like it really like it, people who dislike it hate it! It's such a ramen 😄 Delicious food is delicious, but it's a personal opinion, but it's not as delicious as the name recognition. I also learned that the tastes at the main store and other stores are slightly different.
One corner of Hakata's famous storeTonkotsu soup with a rich, animal-like odor has a strong habitIt's a type of shop that buys meal tickets, so I always want to go in quickly and eat quickly and I want to go home so I'm going to stop by when I'm off peakI like roasted toro meat char siu + boiled eggs, but I wonder if I don't need sprouts...
totally overrated! the service is lacking and taste nothing to rave over
Maybe it's this restaurant or maybe it's hakata style raman, i don't know but today I learned that I don't enjoy it. The staff are very nice and the gyoza are delicious, but as soon as you walk in, it's a powerful odor of wet dog, which I soon realized was from the pig cooking process. I'm very familiar with Japanese cuisine and culture, so I can see how this place is appealing to the local crowd. As for a westerner, I'll stick with my Ichiran.
Not really that good
The gyozas are amazing. The ramen is the thin noodle type, broth is a bit thick.
I had a spare ball free ticket long before, but I couldn't use it anymore as of June 2020.Too bad. .Of course, I paid 150 yen and replaced it.
soup wasn’t hot enough. the pork was chewy. just awful. waste of time and money.
Wonderful restaurant! For those seeking out great tasting hakata ramen (and other styles) at a reasonable price then I recommend 博多だるま strongly. The atmosphere is fun and service is excellent.
Great!
I ate for the first time. When I went by car in the daytime, a line was made, so when I looked up, it looked like a popular shop. When I went around 6pm, I went right in without waiting. It is a ticket vending machine, and I ordered the most popular ramen. There are many signs in the store. Personally, it was a fever that was signed by One Ok and UVERworld. The meat was too tender and delicious. It's a shop you definitely want to visit once.
I stayed at a nearby hotel and went to the main store side by side before opening. Order a basic ramen with ordinary noodles. I usually only eat plain ramen, so the smell in the store was intense! I couldn't drink all the soup because it was so laughing, but I think the staff is comfortable and cheap.
Staff was very friendly. Was not a place for a vegetarian though. Went with a meat eater who enjoyed the Ramen.
It was delicious. When I ate it about seven years ago, it tasted like "Kussa! No! It's a real pork bone. Don't talk about pork bones."Those who like old-fashioned Daruma are definitely not satisfied. In terms of intensity, is it a little gentler than Ha-chan ramen?(Daruma can be eaten with white rough)
Really nice rich soup ramen!!! The special bowl pork was amazing!!
Delicious
I gave a meal ticket, but I forgot the replacementThe apology was "I'm sorry". I am younger than the clerk, but I want you to use honorifics. While I was there, there were customer service mistakes with other customers. The price is high and it has become unpleasant due to customer service mistakes
It was like old-fashioned ramen, and it was my favorite ramen. The thin noodles had so much pork bone odor. I wish the replacement ball was a little cheaper. Also, corona measures were perfect
We didn’t visit other Ramen places during our short stay in Fukuoka. But I would think it is one of the best in the area.
The pork just melts in your mouth. The broth is really tasty. Friendly staff with a cool, hip vibe.
Impressions of December 2016The customer service is at the mock shop level of the school festival. After all, it's a ramen shop and I think it tastes good but the taste has dropped.Where did you start putting out the Instagram panels? What about it as of 2020?Will you return after a long time?
It's a ramen with a very strong smell of pork and a taste that smells like it when you come near the shop. The broth is rich and the taste is strong.I think it's a perfect ramen for those who want something stronger than those who want a refreshing taste.
Absolutely must visit!
Tried their No. 1 and have to say it’s a mighty fine tonkotsu ramen.
Very good
Daruma Ramen has great Ramen and gyoza at reasonable prices. Good service from the staff and also children's chairs. It's also non smoking which is rare in Japan. I used to eat here 10 years ago when it was just a small shack. The fact that it's grown and opened loads of new restaurants is testament to their quality and great taste, not to mention all of the famous signatures on the walls!
Friendly welcome, helped us work out how to order (vending machine which dispenses a ticket you hand in). Pork cheek was delicious. Really busy, buzzy vibe.
I have tried two types of ramen. both are good. very deep and thick.
Definitely go here! Casual, fun, fast pace ramen in friendly environment. Great ramen.
It's been over 10 years. The thick soup was unchanged. There is also a table partition with measures against corona, so it is safe. The replacement balls were delicious.
Hakata Daruma is a ramen restaurant in the same group as Shodai Hidechan Ramen introduced earlier.Daruma run by the founder's father. However, the store was closed due to road expansion work. After that, Hideto Kawahara who is a son reopened the place as Hakata Daruma. They are the famous tonkotsu ramen family in Fukuoka.Hakata Daruma is a thin noodle-made tonkotsu ramen. The soup is dark and the seasoning is not as dark as it looks. It's just good to eat with a white ginger. It is recommended that you take a taxi from Hakata Station or Tenjin Station, as the location of the store is confusing for travelers.
The ramen has no flavor.
One of the best Ramen in Hakata. The soup taste is very very good and the rosted pork incredibly delicious! This is a must to try Ramen in Hakata!
If you are tired of tourist food at tourist prices come here. Staff is friendly, service is fast and the food is excellent. It is one of those Great "hole in the wall" places where you might feel conflicted about letting people know about it, but can't keep it to yourself.
One of the best tonkotsu ramen in Fukuoka, but also quite pricy
I went on a rainy weekday evening and it was almost empty. The meat, soup, and egg were all delicious, and the flavor is strong and very porky. Delicious Fukuoka style tonkotsu ramen!
